ZMV developed an interesting blend of 50% Syrah from the Tanner Vineyards and 50% Zinfandel from the COoper Ranches. This wine
is done in a lighter, younger, beaujolais style to accentuate the fruitiness of these great grapes. We call the wine Tesoro (meaning treasure in Italian and Spanish). The aromas and flavors contain hints of cherries, berries and spice. It is a perfect complement to a variety of foods from
pork to chicken, pasta and pizza to Asian food. It is also a great appetizer or patio wine and is best served at room temperature
