2003 Sangiovese Rosato

Our Sangiovese Rosato comes from a long
line of award winning roses. This wine contains
the predominant grape found in the Chianti wine
of Italy, but ours is light pink with a crisp, citrus
and tropical fruit aromas and flavor. It is a dry,
well-balanced wine that should be served slightly
chilled. It is a wonderful patio and picnic wine
and goes well with lighter dishes such as
chicken, soups appetizers, and Asian food.
For a surprise, also try it with spicy food.
You'll find it a great wine to pair with
multiple dishes.
