Driving Directions to Tasting Room:

From Stockton, take Hwy 4 east for about 40 miles. Hwy 4 will merge with Hwy 49 at Angels Camp. Turn right at the intersection of Hwys 4 and 49 and pass through Angels Camp. Follow Hwy 4 left at the split (Hwy 49 continues straight) for about 8 miles until you reach Murphys. Turn left on Main St. and look for the old Murphys Hotel on the left. The street just before the hotel is Algiers St. We are in a cellar under the building across Algiers St. from the hotel. As you enter the cellar be certain to watch your head and step.

Parking in Murphys is sometimes a problem, especially on weekends. The best place to park is down Algiers St. a couple of hundred yards. You will pass a park on your left, cross over the bridge and see the parking lot on the right. Click here for map
