Cabernet Sauvignon 2002

Our Cabernet is a blend of two vineyards. Seventy five percent of this blend was dry farmed with a low yield from Hawk Hill Vineyard that provided the fruit aroma and flavors in this wine. Twenty five percent originated from Tanner Vineyards which increased the color and structure. The wine is full-bodied, fruity, drinkable now, and yet will improve with age. You will find a nice mid palate and a long, interesting finish. The flavors consist of cherry, berry and a hint of spice. Try this wine with grilled beef, leg of lamb, and roast duck.
